A brand new office is coming to Clayton Homes of Marion, IL very soon. The construction starts on 10/23/2023 and we hope to welcome you to visit in early 2024!

Upgraded Steps

For your safety while touring homes on the lot, we are currently working to replace all of our older fiberglass steps with upgraded steel frames with composite steps.

Steps are not included with the pricing on the home.

Tariff's, how will they affect pricing?

With newly implemented tariff's that have been placed on goods, there is a chance that this could cause some disruption to pricing in the Manufactured/Modular Housing factory costs.

There is no specified schedule that currently reflects how pricing will be affected by new tariffs.
