Tariff's, how will they affect pricing?

With newly implemented tariff's that have been placed on goods, there is a chance that this could cause some disruption to pricing in the Manufactured/Modular Housing factory costs.

With new tariff's come potential cost increases to the factories that supply us our homes, furnishings, appliances etc... This could affect our pricing costs to consumers. For current clients that have ordered their home, there is no danger of an increase to our agreed price.

Factories have announced that pricing will now be adjusted twice monthly to offset costs incurred by tariff's that are being passed along to them.

With this in place, it is our position that pricing that we quote for ordered homes will be good for 14 days unless the home is ordered. We will stand firm on homes that are ordered to honor the price agreed upon. To order a home, please speak with your home consultant to clarify what documentation, approvals and deposit we must have on hand to place the order.

Please work closely with your home consultant and management to confirm that your pricing can be secured through this process.

There is no specified schedule that currently reflects how pricing will be affected by new tariffs.
